Using the shop

These terms apply to your use of theinkeylistqx at theinkeylistqx.shop and your purchases from this shop. Use the service only if you have legal capacity to enter the transaction or are acting with appropriate parent or guardian permission. By ordering, you agree to the applicable terms presented for your purchase, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts and communications

Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and should tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. We use your contact information to send information needed to manage your order; marketing preferences are separate.

Products, prices and availability

Read the product description, ingredients, size and usage information before purchasing. Photographs may vary with lighting and screen settings. Product information does not replace professional advice suited to your individual circumstances. Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with the item.

Prices are in CAD. Availability, prices and promotional offers may change. The order total, including any valid discount, applicable tax and shipping, is shown before you submit an order. We work to keep information accurate and may correct an error, omission or inaccurate listing. If an issue affects an existing order, we will contact you and address it in accordance with applicable law.

Orders and cancellations

An order submission or initial receipt acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance or stock. We may decline or cancel an order for a valid reason such as unavailable stock, a material pricing error, suspected fraud or inability to fulfil delivery. If a payment has been collected for a cancelled order, we will arrange the appropriate refund.

Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before processing or dispatch; we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has started.

Shipping, returns and payment

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Payment Policy explain delivery, eligible returns, exchanges and payment. Canadian Standard Shipping is free; normal processing is 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch is approximately 4–6 business days, for a normal combined estimate of 5–8 business days. Eligible returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery. These policies preserve your mandatory rights.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, introduce harmful software, interfere with security, impersonate others, misuse personal information or disrupt the website. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law.

Website materials and the rights in product names and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Your ability to browse and shop does not grant ownership or a general licence to reuse those materials. Nothing here claims an official brand-operated or exclusive authorized relationship.

Third-party services and responsibility

Shopify, payment and delivery services may apply their own relevant terms. External links are provided for their identified purpose; we do not control an external website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or misuse of the service. We do not exclude liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, subject to any mandatory protections available where you live. No term removes a consumer right or remedy that must be preserved. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted.

We may update the website terms for future use. The terms and mandatory protections applying to an order remain subject to the circumstances and applicable law at the time of that transaction.
